iFESSUp is a private website where participants fill out Event specific
Questionnaires or
Requests for Help, and can view respondent's answers in realtime.
Examples:
- A Questionnaire might ask potluck participants to RSVP, add the number of guests in their party, and choose what foods they are bringing. Reports show who is attending and what they plan to bring. The Questionnaire helps eliminate holes in the menu and allows planners to prepare.
- Requests for Help allow volunteers to sign up to help someone whose daily needs might include transport, food delivery, home visits, child care, pet care, etc. A Request for Help is posted on a calendar so that volunteers can select the day and the request they want to commit to. Automatic reminders are sent out with reports available so the volunteers can see which requests are being covered and fill in as needed.
